August 30, 2007 – FORT WAYNE, IN. The Heartland Chamber Chorale begins its 11th concert season with Choral Rites: When Faith Demands a Song. The Chorale highlights composers who have written music for those profoundly spiritual moments in life when faith can be expressed only through song. Special guest Brenda Ingraham will share how the power of spiritual music facilitated her efforts to restore her shattered life; she will inspire listeners with her positive outlook. Choral music is especially well-suited for inspiration, providing the means to find inner peace in a world full of turmoil. The concert performance, combined with the intermission program by Brenda, will create a unique interactive choral music experience for both the performers and the audience.
