November 13, 2006 – FORT WAYNE, IN. The Heartland Chamber Chorale - in collaboration with several Fort Wayne church choirs - will present a FREE Interfaith and Outreach Service featuring Cantor Lisa Levine from Temple Oheb Shalom on Sunday November 19, 2006 @ 4:00PM in the sanctuary of Temple Achduth Vesholom (5200 Old Mill Road • Fort Wayne, Indiana)
A Soulful Shabbat is a spirited concert of traditional Jewish music performed with a southern Gospel flair. This music, known as Jospel, reaches across all boundaries to engage listeners in a spiritual journey of peace, love, understanding and reconciliation.
The HCC Jospel Concert - sponsored by Temple Achduth Vesholom with generous support by the Salon Foundation - will feature a mass choir with members from the Hazemir Choir, the Temple Professional Choir, Pilgrim Baptist Church Choir, and the Heartland Chamber Chorale.
